What’s your technique for acquiring your grip on your firearm when drawing?

Wondering how everyones hand position is while drawing. (For striker fired) I see some people get a full purchase on their grip before drawing; while others prefer to draw with their thumb on the back of the slide and adjust their grip while drawing.
