Medical condition makes IWB difficult, looking for quality shoulder holster recommendations.

i often cannot wear tight waistband due to a medical condition. that had made IWB, and often OWB very painful. i think i am going to pick up a g19 with my stimulus check. I have been pocket carrying a g42 (gf can't handle a 43 so I got the 42 incase i couldn't use it and she needed to).the shoulder holster cannot rely on a belt loop strap or clip either.this is one i have been looking at for a long time: https://ift.tt/38Bwuuv just don't know if an all leather set up for a glock is appropriate.
