Any reliable recommendations for G43x mag extensions?

I have a g19 for the winter which is a great to hide underneath a coat or jacket, I don’t carry any extra magazines. However, summer is close by and it would be very hard to conceal the g19 in summer clothing. This is why I’m opting for the g43x for summer carry. Seeing how the it only has 10rds I would either find a reliable mag extension or just carry either one or two magazines extra.I know of Shield arms +5 mag extension however with some digging, I found conflicting reviews.
