Top notch company when it comes to customer service. I’ll spare the details as they very important but the short story is, I purchased a new shell for my holster (got a new pistol). It came and didn’t fit as I’d expect. Not only did they let me know, modifying the shell with a dremell or molding a bit with a heat gun will NOT void the lifetime warranty, but they shipped a brand new shell free of charge.
