Vedder Holsters excellent customer service


Yesterday I was so excited when I saw the email that my new Vedder holster arrived. I rushed to the mailbox and once I opened the package I realized I ordered the wrong holster. Completely my fault, when I was ordering I simply made an error when scrolling through the models available for my brand of gun. I sent them an email and got a response pretty quickly (morning of the next business day) saying it was no problem for them to exchange the product for me. While it was the wrong holster, it seemed to be of superb in quality and I look forward to testing it out when the correct one arrives but their customer service was top notch. 10/10 would buy again via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2V21T16
