So I live in Nc, but due to schedule constraints taking a class while in school and working isn’t the easiest thing in the world. Now I read the Va non resident permit only requires watching an hour long video, and answering 20 questions online. This seems like there isn’t really a downside, because it would be fairly easy to fit in my schedule and I get my concealed faster this way.
