Best way to get some scenario based training on a budget?

I went in to get my permit a few weeks ago, still waiting on it to arrive in the mail. I received a new holster in the mail to replace my old one that I asked about here a few weeks ago and I love it! So I finally feel ready to start carrying once the license arrives.I've been shooting for much of my life, and I feel proficient in using a firearm. That being said, I don't think I'm in any way prepared for any kind of close quarters situations. So I'm wondering, where do you all get instruction and training from? Dara's new soft loops and why they'll forever have my business

A couple of months ago, I bought an IWB holster for my CZ P-07 from Dara with their soft loops instead of a normal clip. The holster itself was great but the soft loops were pretty thick and they stuck out a bit from the waistline. I mentioned it on here and one of their employees told me that they were actually going to be coming out with thinner soft loops in the near future.A couple weeks ago my backpack was stolen out of my car on campus. My old holster was in the backpack along with a few hundred dollars worth of college textbooks, but luckily my P-07 was at home in my safe. I was disapointed I lost it but I figured I could just order a new one and get the new thinner loops.I contacted them and told them what happened and asked if they had the new thin loops so that I could place another order. They messaged back and told me not to worry about placing another order, they would just send me a new holster free of charge.I'm very grateful and I'll definitely be sticking with Dara as my go-to holster company.Here's a picture of the new thinner soft loops.The old ones were probably 3x as thick as that. I have a picture of the first holster I got from them somewhere, if I can find it I'll throw it into this post.tl;dr - New thin as hell soft loops are great. Cross country move with CCW

So I'm moving from my beloved state of Colorado to coastal North Carolina. I'm reaching out to CCW residents of the following states to be sure I've got things dialed on my journey.I've gotten all of my info from handgunlaw.us but some of the states wording is difficult to understand.Kansas - good to go and carry through the state on my drive.Missouri - good to go and carry on my driveIllinois - I can drive through the state while CC, I just cannot exit the vehicle, if so it must be locked and ammo separate? (can I exit the vehicle to disarm and lock away? What about getting gas?)Indiana - good to go to carry on my driveKentucky - good to go to carry on my drive throughWest Virginia - good to go to carry on my driveVirginia - this one confuses me, according to hgl.us it seems that I'm ok to have it, but it cannot be on my person. Must be in a container??North Carolina - good to go to carry on my driveIf anyone has a different "read" on the laws than I do please let me know. Trying to decipher conceal carry laws in Kansas, if you are a non resident

I live close to the border of Kansas, but am a Missouri resident. I know missouri has Constitutional carry, and Kansas does.But the what i'm trying to ensure is that I don't need a permit to carry in Kansas, as a Missouri resident.
