Hi all, I’m a middle aged overweight tall guy, and I’ve recently decided to get in shape, however I also feel like I should probably be getting some self defense lessons due to my current job. What might be good for a guy of my stature? (6’2, 350 lbs). I know some have said judo but I’m looking more for something that is good for legs. Thanks.
