So I placed my order a few weeks ago for an Axis Slim not realizing(because I'm dumb) the Axis Elite is the upgraded version. Today I called to see if there was any chance of changing before it gets built and I even mentioned I'm ready to pay the difference. Tier 1 said they can change my order and they won't charge me for the upgrade. I haven't received my holster yet but they already have 5 stars for customer service!
