So I know the best thing to do is go shoot a few rounds at the range, but I unironically can't afford to and don't have too much reserve, so that's why I've turned to Reddit to ask this question.I've carried Hornady FTX 115gr in 3 guns since I got my LTC in early 2019: SP2022, P320C, and now my P365XL (can you tell I'm a Sig guy yet, lol). However, I started to notice some rounds getting deeper into the casings, which turns out is a common occurrence with these rounds. Moreover, I did some research and it's not the #1 best stuff to carry, so I've been wanting to switch.Somehow, I got lucky enough to find 3 boxes of Federal Premium 150gr HST. It has the "micro" pistol emblem on the box, which I assume connotes that this ammo is designed for use in handguns such as my P365XL. I've loaded my two mags with it and two of my dad's SP2022 mags as well; 5 rounds to spare or so. He doesn't carry but that's his nightstand gun, so it was a definite need to switch from 115gr FMJs. The Hornady stuff I moved to my P320 mags, as that's not carried except innawoods. So, my question to you all, especially P365XL and SP2022 owners/carriers, is:Have you ever had any issues with cycling or accuracy with the 150gr HSTs from Federal Premium? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3lh9w0R
