So I just moved back to PA. Lived here as a kid so no context otherwise with this. What's the process for getting a carry permit in PA? Just go to the sheriff's office? Or something else?Also. What would you guys recommend for a 9mm carry gun that's under $400? Looking on buds gun shop and not seeing much in stock. I saw a Ruger EC9S, which I have seen good reviews on.
