I live in NJ, where only the lucky few can get approval for a CCW, unless you are retired law enforcement.Since taser ban was overturned a little over 2 years ago, tasers are now legal to carry concealed or openly in my state without a permit. Which is what I plan on doing, now that I bought a taser. So I am new to carrying anything for self defense outside my home. As such, I don’t know whether inside the waist band or outside the waistband is better, and what the advantages or disadvantages are from a tactical perspective for either option. Any advice would be helpful. Also, I would need to consider whether I should be removing it when I get behind the wheel of my car, or if most people take it off. I’m assuming people take off holstered guns or tasers because it would get in the way of a seatbelt? If it’s inside the waistband, would it be uncomfortable if I were sitting down at a restaurant or coffee shop? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/38EbyTM
