I'm talking about with a chain for your neck like necklace. Specifically a thick Cuban link choker chain Would that be super illegal? I know this probably sounds dumb but I'm just wondering Bc I go to a rough school (I'm 18) and I carry a 16 inch choker chain on me and j was wondering would it be illegal to use in a fight?
Or does it all cross the line when you strangle someone lol
