I live in Arkansas, a Permitless Carry state. What are the benefits to getting my CHCL, other than having a better understanding of state gun laws?

Full disclosure, I already took my basic CHCL class and should receive my permit in a week or so. I plan to take the Enhanced class, as well, which adds an Endorsement on my permit allowing me to conceal carry in a few extra locations.But I've been thinking... did I really need to spend money the CHCL class and permit, when I can legally OPEN carry in my state?Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/30WYAuq
