Travelling to the state up north for the first time since getting my CCW. I know OH and MI have reciprocity but I'm trying to find a dumbed down explanation of MI's law since every time I start reading legalese my brain tries to leak out of my ears. What I think I've gathered from their laws is they are essentially the same as Ohio, as long as I'm licensed I can transport a loaded handgun in a vehicle so long as I inform law enforcement upon first contact. Don't escalate, don't use it to intimidate, no carrying in schools, churches, governed buildings, or places with signage, all the basics. Is this correct or is there something hiding in their laws that could get me in trouble? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/1SBsafx
