so I want to rescue a friend of mine from her abusive parents and today her cousin saw her texts about our plans of me rescuing her and now her cousin tells her that he will beat me up which means I have to beat him up to rescue her! I have pepper spray but wanna know what are the other options for fighting good,any weapon recommendations and fighting techniques?
