Interested in a handful of channel recommendations pertaining to BASIC self-defense tips and advice. I'm not interested in becoming a jujitsu expert, I just want to learn basic self-defense techniques (deflections, submission holds, etc). Really appreciate any suggestions!
I'm a short man (5'4"/175lbs.) and crime has gotten bad in my city. Just want to be able to stand my ground if and when running away isn't an option. Thanks again for any advice.
