As the city of Hong Kong enters its 3rd month of civil unrest, police tactics have shifted to indiscriminate beatings with batons and sending triad members to attack people canes meant to lacerate and knives meant to maim or kill. This has resulted in minor injuries, broken bones and permanent maimings.
To avoid further injury, I am humbly requesting your expertise to find appropriate material for absolute beginners to defend themselves against these specific kinds of attacks, in English and Traditional Chinese. The goal is for one to be able to safely disarm an opponent, de-escalate a situation and prevent harm.
