Forgive me if this is not the right sub.So my fiance and I were on our way home today, I was driving absentmindedly so I didnt quite register the dude on the bike wreck at first (a reminder to also be alert at all time.) We helped him get his bike out of the road. He refused for us to call 911 or to take him to the hospital, his injuires werent too serious aside from some nasty road rash, so we didnt and instead waited for his family to come pick him up. They thanked us for our help and said they didnt need anymore help from us so we left. Thankfully, I saw a cop pulling up in the rearview mirror.Needless to say we were both shook from this and I couldnt help but think how easily this dude couldlve bled out or suffered worse injuries and we wouldnt have been able to do anything. I figure as CCW permit holders it is important to have medical equipment and training. Any thoughts on how I couldve handled this better is welcome via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/34Lg9zQ
