A friend has been taking self-defense classes for women for two or three years and yesterday she told us about a new technique that she had been taught that neither I nor the rest of my friends had ever heard of.
It is an evolution of the classic kick in the balls: instead of crushing the instep against the man's body, what is sought is to hit the testicles with the whore just below or even a little further back, so that you hit the back part of the testicles (which is the most delicate because the epididymis is there) and our foot is behind them, and finally, instead of removing your foot, you attract it towards you with force to drag its parts with it and causing a pull forward, completing the spooning movement that gives it its name.
As the instructor explained to them (unfortunately none of the sparring partners volunteered for a demonstration) the result is devastating, much more so than a normal blow. That is only valid with a naked man or with baggy clothes, which is why only the most advanced ones like my friend learned it.
Now I ask you, especially those of you who know something about self-defense: Did you know this technique? Is it a realistic technique in a real attack? Have you ever seen it performed? Was it as effective as my friend says? (I imagine that few have seen the last one)
