Forgive me if it’s a stupid question but new to the CCW world and have been trying to learn as much as I can. I’m having trouble wrapping my mind around how all the states permits interact with one another. Theoretically would someone be able to get a non-resident permit in say 8 days and use that in their home state to conceal until the permit for their home state was issued? Let’s say for this examples sake that the non-resident permit is accepted in a home state. Especially for states with longer issue times is that an option? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2p2dEJo
