What should I do? I want to buy my first pistol but I can’t decide between the CZ P10-C and the P-07!

I plan on this being my carry gun for a while. I’ve held both in my LGS but none of the ranges where I am offer pistols to rent and I know shooting a gun is the best way to decide if you like it.Can anyone who’s shot both share their experience and which they prefer?Also, what are peoples’ opinion on hammer vs striker fired? I’ve fired both striker and hammer but haven’t ever carried so I really don’t know what would be better for me.
