My sister broke off her relationship to a violent guy. I'm worried that he might do something, but we don't have any evidence of anything if we were to take matters to a higher authority (ie. getting a restraining order). I wanted to protect myself and my family in some way. In the country I live in, pepper spray and guns are illegal. Bear mace is legal, but can't be used for protection (strictly used for protection against bears). How can I defend/protect myself? (ps. I am a very small person; not that strong, real short) thanks for the help
