Applying for CCW

So I’m not actually applying for a CCW myself but a very close friend of mine asked if I would write them a letter. We’re in the state of CA and apparently they need 3 letters from 3 different people recommending them for a CCW. I of course have no problem writing this letter, however, I’m not sure what I should say. Does anyone have any insight into what they’re looking for? What points I should make that would make my letter beneficial to them receiving their permit. Just so everyone is clear why they want the permit.
