IMHO, Icy Mike (along with Eli Knight) is one of the best martial artists when it comes to putting out decent self-protection material.
For example here he pressure tests the flashlight stun gun marketed to women for personal protection to see if his wife can get it out of her bag and deploy it while he comes after her.
